with VCC set jump change programming voltage: no JUMP VCC=3.3V ( by default) or shorted VCC=5V: VAG dash programming, Subaru, Toyota airbag programming - OFF.

SEC pin resistor: 0 ohm are set by default - JUMP shorted: good for Subaru, Toyota airbag, VAG dash programming. 3.3 ohm (JUMP disconnected) - OK for Subaru, Toyota SMT ECU;
