Returns & Refunds
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Repair
If your product is not working properly you may send it for testing and repair to our office while the product is still under the warranty.
Buying goods online, the customer is granted a two-year warranty. That is described in DIRECTIVE 1999/44/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 May 1999 on certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees, Article 2, paragraph 1.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (customs taxes have to be paid in advance if you are based outside EU!). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If your items need to be returned back to you (for e.g. after the repair) it will be shipped by Prioritaire Airmail Post for free.
