From PSG16 CarProg can read only some part of RAM. This memory dump canot be writed back - you can just read. You canot clone PSG16 with CarProg! You can just read PIN, change odometer and reset ECU (make it virgin). 

Some times CarProg canot find automatically PIN in PSG16 memory dump (show FFFF). Then you must look dump and find code manually - search for BOSCH010 and before you will see PIN in TXT format like in picture:

If PSG16 is virgin - PIN code location will be empty (all FFFFFFFF ).
