Hello, I recently purchased a GM tool, unfortunatly it does not communicate with any vehicles. I sent the files to support and i received a picture with no description. I dont know what to do with this picture or the meaning behind it. Some text help would be greatly appreciated! I tried it on a few different cars: 99' Pontiac Grand AM, 02' Grand AM but had no success or communication with the vehicles. I tried to connect directly to the module, however, it failed to work. Also, you are showing adapter A12 and i have an A13; does that matter? My software version is 06 or 03 i dont exactly remember. You guys have version 1.12. hi, what pictures you have in mind please? I can`t find email from autotech@mindspring.com do you have GM user manual if not you can download it from web page (login/updates) there are few types of GM pinout GM adapter A12 is http://www.codecard.lt/carprog/adapters/a-12-gm-airbag-adapter/prod_92.html version 1.12 is in me software only realy v1.12 = v0.3 regards Raimis

Hi. I purchased a GM Tools to. I have same problems it does not communicate with any GM cars or tracks through OBD2 conector. I already have 3 modules under my desk they are not useble anymore , after i tried to read and clear crash. Thanks Alex.

I have the gm reset tool working. I reset a 2005 grand prix sdm module with it. Guys can email me and I can try assist you in getting yours working too. My email is aron.thompson@gmail.com. Just put in subject codecard help.
