| Hello, I recently purchased a GM tool, unfortunatly it does not communicate with any vehicles. I sent the files to support and i received a picture with no description. I dont know what to do with this picture or the meaning behind it. Some text help would be greatly appreciated! I tried it on a few different cars: 99' Pontiac Grand AM, 02' Grand AM but had no success or communication with the vehicles. I tried to connect directly to the module, however, it failed to work. Also, you are showing adapter A12 and i have an A13; does that matter? My software version is 06 or 03 i dont exactly remember. You guys have version 1.12.
