Ansrius, can you please help out of this proplem .I have VW-Bora 2002 model . I want to change USED Ecu to replace the old on in the car. The problem now is that, i should know the PIN of the USED Ecu wish i want to fix. Andrius please how am i going to read the pin, i mean the pin of the USED Ecu i bought from Junk yard. | Hi Segun how are you the ECU reader only reads vag EDC 15 the only way is if you get the clocks from the car the ECU came from and use your login reader to get the oin from the dash as this is the same as the ecu hope this helps.Eug | ||||

| You need to read the PIN from the Immobilizer in the cluster or Immobilizer box. Once you have the PIN, the VIN of the cluster is transferred to the used ECM via adaptation. | ||||

| Open both the ECM's and read the eeprom from both of them. Using the login from the Immobilizer, one ECM is removed and the used one is added. Another way to do this, is to read the data from the eeprom of the original ECM and write that data the the new/used ECM. | ||||
