Post the scan from that A6. The Engine [01], Instrument cluster [17] Start/Authorization [05] and Immobilizer [25]. Looking at the scan will determine the system you have.

Most diesel PIN codes can be acquired from the ECM and depending on your system, directly through CarProg at the DLC.

I can pull the pin with another method, it was programming keys I was trying to do.

Here is scan of relative modules:-

Another way to get the PIN is with this. I have used it on the A6 and Skoda.
http://www.codecard.lt/carprog/software/carprog-dash/s7-6-vdo-dash-decrypt-tool-skoda-roomster-superb-vw-polo-audi-a3-a6-allroad-with-93c86-odometer-change-and-pin-reading/prod_168.html

The ECM eeprom is another way. Your problem is adapting keys. I noticed that you posted data from a VAG tool. If that tool is current, yes it will adapt the extra keys. Test your PIN using the VAG tool at address 05 and use function [16] Security access. If the PIN is acceptable, then you can program the extra keys. I usually delete all adapted keys, then adapt all keys back into the system.
Go here if you system is Immobilizer IV
http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/Immobilizer_IV_Key_Matching
I would like to see your dump from the ECM and Instrument cluster if possible.
