| Hello Carprog team please what is the meaning of password, after updating my carprog, i want to use i and it was asking of password, how do i get password now, reply is urgently needed Thanks  |

| What password are you asking about? When I update the CarProg, I use the update option in the CarProg software, there are no passwords requested. If you are doing it through the web site server, discontinue that and go directly to the software. | ||||

| contact me with your carprog sn# and we will solve this problem yes there is option to set password on each software and software will not launch if no valid password entered i don`t know is this option required for something or not  you can set/remove password by clicking right button on expand list Raimis |

| i have same problem when i enter airbag in renault software it ask for password for it. after update appeared. i try to click with right click on expand list but nothing happened. please how to contact you.
