cant read opel can system after the last update

| hi im facing a problem when i try to connect to astra H z16xep and read the security code. i used to have no problem but after the last update it stoped working for all the cars. most of the errors im having are: 1-Unknow Unit alredy runing 2- Unit CRC error . and every time i try to read i have to update the software so it would work. sometimes i use 2 diffrent laptops, or the same laptop but 2 diffrent softwares saved of the harddisk, would that cause a problem?? |

| OK I FOUND THAT IF YOU REMOVE THE LICK FILE FROM YOUR CARPROG FOLDER AND THEN GO AND UPDATE IT YOU WILL HAVE CLEARED THIS ERROR. ITS THE FILER WITH YOUR SN ON IT THAT IS THE LIC. TRY AND REPORT BACK |

| ok after the last update and deleting the LICK file i dont have these errors anymore, but still i cant read and CAN ecu, the new error is "cant send CAN packet" and after that "cant recieve buffer". i can read k-line ecu's, is there a chance i have a problem with the interface that affects only the CAN?? |
