EDC16 not working, A1+ Update not working

| Hello, i can not read EDC16, Passat 3C 03G906021NK EDC16U34 for example. Carprog does not read ECU-number, only reading strange signs as number and A1 tx retrived counter=0 ?? unknown ecu... Also i can not do A1+ Update, window is not opening! Always using newest software version. |

| Hi. I have the same problem, can not red edc15, edc16 at all. During reading writing to me no device attached. I am using device for one year, not happy, a lot of function does not work. I dont have time to co contact to customer suport service. And juding by my friend expierence tha be waisting of time. | ||||
