I have the same problem as ricky, when I try to read a (93cxx) series eprom I get the message no eprom detected, or as ricky eprom error. What is happening I bought this product a while ago purley for eprom reading and never had this sort of error message. Now it seems to pop up more often, has the software been altered? What can we do to rectify it?![]() ![]() ![]() |

| I have the same software and use more than one SOIC clip. I have several 3M and Ponoma clips and I make sure the IC is clean and well connected. Sometimes the IC needs to be removed to read. I added a special clip for that problem and it reads very good. | ||||
