| Client has had his keys stolen, vehicle locked.Question 1. From the EWS unit, can I read the key code number so that a new key can be cut from. Question 2. If I gain access to vehicle, power up vehicle by removing electrcal connector from back of IGN switch, can I then read key code thru OBD connector |

| The EWS does not have the key cut. A dealer can cut a new key with the VIN No, the key data is within the EWS and if you have a CarProg, it must be read directly. |
