Volvo Emulator.Cant get response from Tech Support

| The Volvo Emulator has an "Ignition on" button, what is the cluster supposed to do when I press Ignition On ?? At the moment, the clusters do nothing. Using C1 adapter and CarProg has 12v power supply running to it during the test. All wires plugged into back of cluster exactly as shown in pics on the Volvo Emulator page. |
