Error message

Trying to read Bosch ME7.6.2 ECU with CAN connecton in bench. I have 2 ECUs & both are the same.
Just puts up a error message - Could not send CAN kwp packet or Could not receive buffer from device.
Has any one any ideas of what the problem might be ?

I get this on all CAN ECU's. I hope CARPROG Tech can solve this issue
