Hello, i want buy full package Airbag carprog and i have question :

1- can carprog company support about probable problems ?
2- if i had dump crash srs unit with Infinion and MAC can i clear dump with this software ?
3- can i read dump crash or dump good from via OBD , save it write on unit ?
4- i heard that this software need access code srs for reading dump and sometimes have bugs,
is it possible to enter this code by manually ? (can i get access code from Kia/Hyundai company)
