Volvo cem-ecm synchro error on startup

| i get the message of Volvo CEM-ECU Synchro 1.0.exe has stopped working. Then it shuts down. Can anyone tell me why it is doing this. I have no antivirus on this pc and would like to know why it is crashing on me thanks |
