Hi, I have problem to conect with carprog device, some times I restart computer 3 - 4 times just to find the usb device and when the program runnnig suddenly appears the mesage " device is not connected " , this is only the fisrt of my problems. About Toyota program for the Yaris that I have send previous message nothing changed car steel not recognized the keys that carprog programs to eeprom (Denso ECU 93c56). Now I have a situation with lost all keys in Toyota Starlet I have desolder eeprom 24C04 and read it with Carprog but Antena can not read anything,(this is happening on the window that programs the new Master and Service keys) the transponder that I'm trying is Philips 33 with logic for starlet, I have try and Nova T5 but nothing, the mysterious thing is that Antena reads transponders data (in the first window of INFO for Starlet ) when you have no transponder in Antena in a range 50cm some times reads 4C and other 4D and display the data of virtual transponder, can anybody explain what is happening with this machine. (I have it working in a range of at least 1m from device that sending RF signals.) I have try carprog to another PC but the problem is the same about connecting. Regards Kostakis Dimitris

hi DIMITRIS, no need to restart your PC (just disconnect your device USB + external power if some) 1.there can be some misconntact on mini-USB (device side) PC looses USB device when you move it? or just in standby? 2.allways use external power supply when working with antena/transponder transponder/key distantion can`t be more that 2-3cm from antena + chip orientation should be vertical to antena bad signal is decodet if no transponder inside antena (4C, 4D type) but everything should be ok if transponder inserted 3. test key info - for 4C and 4D keys only, no PCF let me know if some problems is solved regards Raimis

Hi Raimis, Pc looses USB device when is in standby. About readng info of transponder, when I try a 4C it read like 4D and every time that I keep pressing the Read key button with the same transponder the Hex data of transponder is changing but not the type it keeps readng like 4D. When I try a 4D it read like 4D but the hex data is changing to when you keep pressing the Read button with the same transponder. I have try at least 5 deferent 4C transponder but the result is the same and sometimes can not read any transponder. I always put transponder vertical in antena like the picture and never in a distance more than 2cm and I'm using external power 12V. Regards Kostakis Dimitris

hi, ok do this: you should find LIB file in your software directory, delete this file and connect update server..your LIB file will be restored (maybe your LIB file is damaged) windows looses your device when you working with TOYOTA software or in any case? if toyota only problem should be in LIB file regards Raimis

Hi, Problem still exist. I have deleted lib file and make an update but carprog still read 4C for 4D. The same transponder if I read it again the Hex data is changing. Maybe for this reason Yaris did not work. Reagards Kostakis Dimitris

Hi, When Antenna is disconected and I'm trying to read a key it pop ups a message "ERROR" ANTENA NOT CONNECTED. I have to send it to Staybininku 9,Kaunas LT3000, Lithuania ? The Carprog Device only or with Antenna and cables etc. ? Regards Kostakis Dimitris
