Problem coonecting CARPROG to new computer

| Having a problem starting carprog V1.26 & V1.27) on my new laptop (HP nc6320) program opens but just says "Finding" whether the device is connected or not and seems to hang like that. If I try internet update it says USB device not connected. It works ok on other 2 computers 1st time. The USB ports are ok as I have used other devices with no problem. Please help. s/n 070822car001racl |
